The Heritage Homes Tour is this Saturday April 9 from 10-4. Five grand homes from Austin's past will be open for the public to view. Each year, the Heritage Society of Austin puts on this tour to showcase homes from Austin's past and raise money for an organization that is very active in preserving Austin's historic architecture. It is a great opportunity to explore vintage neighborhoods and a true Austin style of living from times gone by. Tickets can be obtained at 9th and Rio Grande (Tea Embassy) on Saturday and cost $28. Stop by and say hello as I will be manning the ticket booth at noon. Hope to see you out there.
